GonggamStudio ("we", "our", or "us") operates member accounts on the GonggamStudio website and desktop apps ("Apps") that you sign in to with that account.
This privacy policy describes what information we collect when you sign up and sign in to the Apps, and how it is used and kept.

Information We Collect
We collect the following data:

Sign-up: email address, password (stored only in encrypted form), nickname (optional)

App sign-in: device identifier (a random value created by the App), device name, operating system, app name and version, last used time

Service use: IP address – to prevent abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts

Why We Collect This Data
We use this data to:

Identify members and let them sign in

Send sign-up verification and password reset emails

Sign in to the Apps and issue app licenses

Check the number of signed-in devices per account, and show and remove devices on the My Account page

Prevent abuse and keep the service secure

Processors and Sharing
We do not share your data with any third parties except:

Google (Gmail) – sending verification and notice emails (recipient email address)

Cafe24 – server hosting where the website and member data are stored

Data Retention
Collected data is retained as follows:

Member data and signed-in device records: until you delete your account. On deletion they are removed or made unidentifiable immediately

When you remove a device, its record is deleted immediately

IP address records: deleted within 1 day

On the My Account page you can:

View your account, change your nickname and password

See and remove signed-in devices

Delete your account

Account Deletion
You can delete your account right away from [Delete account] at the bottom of the My Account page.
If you cannot sign in, email us using the button below with the email address you signed up with. We will process it within 7 business days.

Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, and all communication between the website, the Apps and our server is encrypted over HTTPS.
We take steps to protect collected data against unauthorized access.

Children under 14 cannot sign up for an account.
